The present invention relates to a method and a plant for determining
energetic changes of structured aqueous solutions with a view to using
them in different biotechnological, fermentation processes, as culture
media, which can be used in medicine, pharmacology, biology a.s.o. The
method provides application of a high voltage impulse ,with succesively
positive and negative polarity, by twice each, followed by taking the photosensitive
film and analysing the image obtained, automatically identifying the zones
of interest, containing the images of electronographies of the same sample
( successively subject to positive and negative impulse, by twice each),
determining the centroid ( from the colour density viewpoint) of each electronography,
from where starting, a characteristic vector is determined up to the limit
of the zone of interest, that contains information on both the shape and
integral colour density, performing, by means of these characteristic vectors,
a ratio of the explosion -like image[ of the positive impulse (+)] and
the implosion-like image[ of the negative impulse (-)], followed by a mediation
between the same type characteristic vectors (+) or(-), an experimental
specific vector being resulted by application of the above mentioned ratio
again, that contains two pieces of information: the former one, for integral
colour density, which is a number representing the structuring degree measure,
and the latter one, indicating whether the image is given by the positive
or negative impulse.
